目的 挖掘重症监护病房（intensive care unit,ICU）护士护理活动减少型谵妄患者工作中存在的问题，为制订ICU活动减少型谵妄患者的护理流程提供依据。方法 采用描述性质性研究方法，对7家三级甲等医院的11名ICU护士进行半结构式深入访谈，并使用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行数据的收集及整理，分析提炼出主题。结果 分析得出ICU护士护理活动减少型谵妄患者工作体验的5个主题，分别为：ICU护士活动减少型谵妄知识不足；培训存在较多问题；医护重视程度不够；早期识别困难；管理现状不佳。结论 护理管理者应在未来优化培训内容，改善ICU护士相关知识缺乏现状；提高医护的重视程度，给予护士合理授权；选用简易筛查工具，简化日常评估过程；制订系统评估流程，提高护理质量。

Objective To explore the problems faced by Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurses in caring for patients with hypoactive delirium,and to establish a reference for the development of effective nursing protocols accordingly.Methods By the descriptive qualitative research approach,semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with 11 ICU nurses from 7 tertiary A hospitals.The Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was employed to gather and analyze the data,and to identify key themes.Results A total of 5 main themes emerged from the data analysis of ICU nurses’ experiences in caring for patients with hypoactive delirium,namely the inadequate knowledge of hypoactive delirium,training deficiencies,limited attention from medical professionals,challenges in early detection,and suboptimal management.Conclusions Nursing administrators should optimize training in the future to improve the lack of relevant knowledge among ICU nurses,to enhance the awareness of medical staff,to provide authorization to nurses,to use simple screening tools to simplify the daily assessment process,and to develop a systematic evaluation process to improve the quality of care.
