目的 探讨直肠癌术后肠功能障碍患者的症状体验，为临床医务人员针对性症状管理提供可借鉴的依据。方法 对12例直肠癌术后患者进行半结构式访谈，采用内容分析法对访谈资料整理与分析，提炼主题。结果 直肠癌术后患者肠功能障碍对生活质量的影响可归纳为3个主题：症状感知； 症状评价； 症状应对。结论 直肠癌术后肠功能障碍患者存在不同程度的心理和生理压力，医务人员应重点关注患者症状需求并及时评估，给予相关干预措施，提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the symptom experiences of bowel dysfunction after rectal cancer surgery,and to provide reference for targeted symptom management.Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted among 11 postoperative patients with rectal cancer.Content analysis method was adopted to analyze the data and extract the themes.Results The impact of intestinal dysfunction on quality of life in patients with rectal cancer after surgery can be summarized into three themes,namely symptom perception,symptom evaluation,and symptom coping.Conclusions Patients with bowel dysfunction after rectal cancer surgery have different degrees of psychological and physiological stress,Therefore,medical staff should focus on the symptoms need and evaluated promptly,and give relevant intervention measures to improve the quality of life of patients with intestinal dysfunction.
