目的 了解全国中医院校护理学类本科专业招生现状，为中医院校培养具有中医特色的护理人才提供参考。方法 采用目的抽样法，选取全国24所中医院校2021-2022年公布的护理学类本科专业招生情况作为研究对象，通过文本分析法进行资料分析。结果 专业设置和专业布点在校际区域间差异较大，专业目标和课程设置对中医特色逐渐彰显，针对拔尖人才培养聚力不够，招生模式传统单一，生源质量整体偏弱。结论 高校可通过优化专业结构、调整招生策略、深化教学改革、强化培养特色等，提升中医院校护理本科人才培养质量。

Objective To understand the current enrollment status of undergraduate nursing programs in colleges and universities of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) nationwide and to provide reference for training nursing talents with TCM characteristics.Methods Purposive sampling method was used to select the enrollment of nursing undergraduate majors announced by 24 Chinese TCM colleges and universities from 2021 to 2022.Text analysis method was used for analysis.Results The major setting and distribution varied greatly among colleges,universities and regions.The objectives and curriculum gradually highlighted the characteristics of TCM.Efforts on cultivating top-notch talents were insufficient.The enrollment model was conventional and monotonous and the overall quality of student sources was relatively weak.Conclusions Colleges and universities of TCM can enhance the training of nursing undergraduates by optimizing major structures,adjusting enrollment strategies,deepening teaching reforms,and highlighting distinctive cultivation features.
