目的 了解脊髓肿瘤患者术后参与康复锻炼的体验，为医护人员制订干预措施提供依据。方法 采用目的抽样法，对2022年9月至2023年6月在南京市某三级甲等医院神经外科接受脊髓肿瘤手术的16名患者进行半结构式访谈，运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈内容进行编码、分类与提炼主题。结果 脊髓肿瘤患者术后康复锻炼的参与体验可总结归纳为3个主题，6个亚主题，即：感知益处（改善身体功能，预防术后并发症），面临挑战（疼痛与恐动症，负性情绪），支持与需求（社会支持与鼓励，居家延续性支持）。 结论 脊髓肿瘤患者术后存在疼痛与恐动、担心预后不良、复发恐惧、渴望支持鼓励与居家延续性支持等情况，因此，临床医护人员在制订干预方案与措施时需充分考虑以上因素，早期识别患者恐动情绪，关注患者心理支持需求，构建脊髓肿瘤术后远程康复管理平台提供延续支持，以促进脊髓肿瘤患者的康复进程，帮助其尽快回归社会。

Objective To understand the experience of participating in postoperative rehabilitation exercises among patients with spinal cord tumors and to provide evidence for medical staff in developing interventions.Methods Purposive sampling method was used to select 16 patients for semi-structured interviews,who underwent spinal cord tumor surgeries in the Department of Neurosurgery in a tertiary hospital in Nanjing from September,2022 to June,2023.The Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to code,classify and distil themes from the interviews.Results The experience of participation in postoperative rehabilitation exercises for patients with spinal cord tumors was extracted into 3 themes and 6 sub-themes: perceived benefits (improvement of physical function,prevention of postoperative complications),challenges (pain and kinetophobia,negative emotions),and support and needs (social support and encouragement,continuous support at home).Conclusions Patients with spinal cord tumors suffer from postoperative pain and kinetophobia,fear of poor prognosis,fear of recurrence,desire for support and encouragement and continuous support at home,etc.Therefore,clinical medical staff should fully consider the above factors when formulating intervention programs and measures.Through early identification of patients’ motion-phobic emotions and attention to patients’ psychological support needs,a remote rehabilitation management platform can be constructed for spinal tumor surgeries to provide continued support in promoting patients’ rehabilitation processes and helping them return to society as soon as possible.
