目的 系统评价癌症患者参与抗肿瘤药物临床试验的参与体验，为临床药物试验的开展提供科学依据。方法 检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Medline、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、中国知网、万方、维普、SinoMed中关于癌症患者参与抗肿瘤药物临床试验参与体验的质性研究。检索时限从建库至2023年2月。采用汇集性整合法进行Meta整合。结果 共纳入17篇文献，提取31个结果，归纳为12个类别，合成4个整合结果：试验参与动机；试验情绪波动；试验风险收益感知；渴望全面支持。结论 癌症患者的抗肿瘤药物临床试验参与意愿受多方因素影响，应提供全面支持，帮助患者科学决策，改善参与体验。

Objective To systematically evaluate the experience of cancer patients’participation in clinical trials of antitumor drugs，and provide scientific basis for the development of these trials.Methods Qualitative studies on the experience of patients participating in clinical trials of antitumor drugs in PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Medline,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and SinoMed were searched from the time of establishment to February 2023.Meta-integration was carried out by aggregating integration method.Results A total of 17 articles were included,31 results were extracted,and then were summarized into 12 categories,while 4 integrated results were synthesized:motivation for participation in trials;mood fluctuation in trials;risk-benefit perception in trials;eagerness for full support.Conclusions The willingness of cancer patients to participate in clinical trials of antitumor drugs is influenced by many factors,so comprehensive support should be provided to help them make scientific decisions and improve their experience in participation.
