目的 探讨带状疱疹后神经痛（postherpetic neuralgia,PHN）患者生命意义感现状及影响因素，为提升其生命意义感提供参考。方法 便利抽样法选取南昌市某三级甲等医院432例PHN患者为研究对象，使用视觉模拟评分法、积极心理资本量表、领悟社会支持量表、中文版生命意义感量表对其进行调查，并分析影响PHN患者生命意义感的因素。结果 PHN患者中文版生命意义感量表得分为（45.31±4.33）分。疼痛程度、领悟社会支持、心理资本、头面部PHN、病程是生命意义感的影响因素(均P＜0.05)。结论 PHN患者生命意义感为中等水平，可结合本模型制订护理措施以提升生命意义感，预防其自杀。

Objective To explore the status quo and influencing factors of meaning in life in patients with postherpetic neuralgia (PHN),so as to provide a reference for improving their meaning of life.Methods A total of 432 PHN patients from a tertiary A hospital in Jiangxi province were enrolled by convenience sampling, using the Visual Analogue Scale,Positive Psycap Questionnaire,Perceived Social Support Scale,and Meaning in Life Questionnaire (Chinese Version).The factors influencing their meaning in life were analyzed.Results The score of the Meaning in Life Questionnaire was (45.31±4.33), with Facial PHN,course of disease,pain scales,perceived social support,and psychological capital as the influencing factors(all P＜0.05).Conclusions PHN patients have a moderate meaning in life.Measures can be enacted based on this model to improve meaning in life and prevent suicide.
