目的 对健康教育模式在产后女性盆底肌康复应用中的研究进行范围综述，以了解健康教育模式的应用现状及成效，为未来该领域的研究提供参考。 方法 按照范围综述的研究方法，计算机检索CNKI、VIP、万方、中国生物医学数据库、 PubMed、Web of Science等国内外数据库 ，收集健康教育模式应用于产后盆底肌康复的相关研究，检索时间均为建库至2023年8月。对文献进行筛选与数据分析。 结果 共纳入23篇文献，发表时间为2002-2023年，健康教育主要分为以网络信息技术为基础的干预、以理论模型为基础的干预、自行设计构建的理论模型，均对产后女性起着积极作用。 结论 健康教育对产后女性盆底肌康复有积极的应用效果，今后应制订规范统一的评价标准以明确最佳健康教育模式，并大力发展基于网络信息技术的健康教育。

Objective To conduct a scoping review of the research on the application of health education models in postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation，so as to understand the application status and effects of health education model and provide reference for future research in this field. Methods According to the research methods of scoping review，CNKI，VIP，Wanfang，China Biology Medicine Database，PubMed，Web of Science and other domestic and foreign databases were searched to collect related studies on the application of health education models in postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation.The search time was from the inception to August 2023.Literature screening and data analysis were conducted. Results A total of 23 articles were included，published from 2002 to 2023.Health education was mainly divided into intervention based on network information technology，intervention based on theoretical model，and self-designed and constructed theoretical model，all of which played a positive role in postpartum women. Conclusion Health education has a positive application effect on postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation of women.In the future，standardized and unified evaluation criteria should be formulated to determine the best health education model，and health education based on network information technology should be vigorously developed.
