目的 探讨心理弹性在出院脑卒中患者自我效能和功能锻炼依从性间的中介作用，为提高其功能锻炼依从性提供参考。 方法 2021年7月至2022年8月，采用便利抽样选取嘉兴市某三级甲等医院出院的300例脑卒中患者为研究对象，应用一般资料调查表、自我效能量表、心理弹性量表、脑卒中患者功能锻炼依从性量表对其调查。 结果 出院脑卒中患者心理弹性、自我效能和功能锻炼依从性总分分别为（62.30±11.66）分、（24.06±5.20）分和（35.98±5.49）分。心理弹性与自我效能、功能锻炼依从性均呈正相关（均P＜0.01）,自我效能与功能锻炼依从性呈正相关（P＜0.01）。中介模型结果显示，心理弹性在自我效能与功能锻炼依从性之间起部分中介作用（β=0.464，P＜0.01），中介效应占总效应的56.1%。 结论 出院脑卒中患者自我效能可通过心理弹性间接影响其功能锻炼依从性，提示医护人员可采取策略提高患者的心理弹性和自我效能水平，进而提高其功能锻炼依从性。

Objective To explore the mediating effect of mental resilience between self-efficacy and functional exercise compliance in discharged stroke patients，and to provide reference for improving their functional exercise compliance. Methods From July 2021 to August 2022，convenience sampling method was used to select 300 cerebral apoplexy patients admitted to a tertiary A hospital in Jiaxing City，and a cross-sectional survey was conducted using a general information questionnaire，the General Self-efficacy scale(GSES)，the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)，and the Questionnaire of Exercise Adherence(EAQ) . Results The total scores of resilience，self-efficacy and functional exercise compliance of discharged stroke patients were (62.30±11.66)，(24.06±5.20) and (35.98±5.49) ，respectively.Resilience was positively correlated with self-efficacy and functional exercise compliance (all P＜0.01)，and self-efficacy was positively correlated with functional exercise compliance (P＜0.01).The results of mediation model showed that resilience played a partial mediating role between self-efficacy and functional exercise compliance (β=0.464，P＜0.01)，and the mediating effect accounted for 56.1% of the total effect. Conclusion The self-efficacy of discharged stroke patients can indirectly affect their functional exercise compliance through mental resilience，suggesting that medical staff can adopt strategies to improve the level of mental resilience and self-efficacy of patients，and then improve their functional exercise compliance.
