目的 了解局限性前列腺癌患者治疗决策偏好及过程体验，为开展相关研究工作提供临床依据。 方法 2020年10月至2021年3月，采用目的抽样选取在上海市某三级甲等医院泌尿外科住院的局限性前列腺癌患者16名为研究对象，对其进行半结构式访谈，运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行分析。 结果 共提炼出“患者参与治疗决策受多方因素影响”“个人偏好影响患者权衡治疗方案”及“患者从多渠道获取治疗决策相关信息”3个主题。 结论 局限性前列腺癌治疗决策具有挑战性，医患沟通过程中，须重视患者在决策过程中的个人偏好，可加强多学科合作，发挥护士在患者治疗决策过程中的角色力量，规范开发患者治疗决策辅助工具，以提高患者的决策参与能力。

Objective To explore and understand the treatment decision-making preferences and experiences of patients with localized prostate cancer (LPCa)，and to provide clinical basis for related research. Methods The purposive sampling method was used to select patients with LPCa for semi-structured interviews from the Department of Urology in a tertiary A hospital in Shanghai from October 2020 to March 2021.Semi-structured interviews were conducted，and the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to analyze the interview data. Results A total of three themes were extracted，namely patients’ participation in treatment decision-making is affected by multiple factors，personal preferences affect patients’ weighing of treatment options and patients obtain information related to treatment decision-making from multiple sources. Conclusion The treatment decision-making for patients with LPCa is challenging.In the process of doctor-patient communication，it is necessary to pay attention to patients’ personal preferences in the decision-making process，strengthen multidisciplinary cooperation，give full play to the role of nurses in the treatment decision-making process，and standardize the development of patient decision-making assistance system，so as to improve patients’ decision-making participation ability.
