目的 调查学龄期儿童眼科局麻手术术前焦虑现状及其影响因素，为制订针对性的护理措施提供理论依据。 方法 便利抽样选取2021年6月至2022年5月在天津市某眼科医院首次行眼科手术的140例学龄期儿童为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、疼痛Wong-Baker面部表情量表、中文版改良耶鲁术前焦虑量表、焦虑状态-特质问卷进行调查。 结果 学龄期患儿术前焦虑评分平均为（34.57±8.20）分，得分范围23.33~58.33分，术前焦虑发生率为57.9%。经二分类Logistic回归分析，年龄、既往麻醉经历、术前操作性疼痛Wong-Baker评分、家长特质焦虑评分是术前焦虑的影响因素（均P＜0.05）。 结论 学龄期患儿眼科局麻手术术前焦虑发生率较高，低学龄、操作性疼痛感较高、没有或既往痛苦麻醉经历的患儿更容易出现术前焦虑，其家长的高焦虑特质也会影响患儿术前焦虑心理，应给予相应护理措施，以改善患儿心理应激反应。

Objective To investigate the status quo of preoperative anxiety of school-age children undergoing ophthalmic local anesthesia surgery and its influencing factors,and to provide theoretical basis for formulating clinical nursing intervention. Methods By the convenience sampling method, 140 school-age children who underwent their first eye surgery in an eye hospital in Tianjin from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected and surveyed by the General Information Questionnaire,the Pain Wong-Baker Facial Expression Scale,the Chinese Modified Yale Preoperative Anxiety Scale(Cm-YPAS),and the Anxiety State-Trait Questionnaire. Results The Cm-YPAS score of preoperative anxiety in school-age children was (34.57±8.20),the score range was 23.33~58.33,and the incidence of preoperative anxiety was 57.9%.According to binary logistic regression analysis,age,previous anesthesia experience,Wong-Baker score for preoperative operational pain and parental trait anxiety (T-AI) score were statistically significant influencing factors of preoperative anxiety (all P＜0.05). Conclusions The incidence of preoperative anxiety in school-age children with ophthalmic local anesthesia surgery was higher.Younger age,higher Wong-Baker score for preoperative operational pain and less previous anesthesia experience are more likely to have preoperative anxiety,and the high anxiety characteristics of parents would influence the preoperative anxiety of the children.Corresponding nursing measures should be given to improve the children’s psychological stress response.
