目的 汉化英文版老年人社会网络量表（national center for geriatrics and gerontology social network scale,NCGG-SNS），检验其在老年人群的信效度。 方法 基于Brislin翻译模型对英文版老年人社交网络量表进行文化调适。方便抽样法对2所武汉市三甲医院、社区服务中心和公园的235名老年人进行问卷调查，验证中文版量表信效度。 结果 中文版NCGG-SNS条目水平的内容效度指数0.833~1.000，量表水平的平均内容效度指数为0.958，探索性因子分析提取4个公因子，累计方差贡献率83.049%，各条目的因子载荷为0.630~0.921；总量表Cronbach’s α系数为0.859，各维度的Cronbach’s α系数为0.719~0.794，折半信度为0.656。 结论 中文版老年人社会网络量表具有良好的信效度，可以作为我国老年人社会网络评估工具。

Objective To translate National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology Social Network Scale (NCGG-SNS) into Chinese,and to verify its reliability and validity in the elder. Methods NCGG-SNS was translated into Chinese according to the Brislin translation model and culture adjustment was carried out. By the convenience sampling method, 235 elder adults from 2 tertiary A hospitals in Wuhan,community service centers and parks were selected and a questionnaire survey was conducted to verify its reliability and validity. Results The item Level Content Validity Index (I-CVI) of the Chinese version of NCGG-SNS was from 0.833 to 1.000,and the Scale-level Content Validity index (Average) (S-CVI/Ave) was 0.958.Four common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis with a cumulative contribution rate of 83.049%,and the factor loading of each item was from 0.630 to 0.921.The Cronbach’s α coefficient of the total scale was 0.859.The Cronbach’s α coefficient of each dimension was 0.719~0.794,and the split-half reliability was 0.656. Conclusions The Chinese version of NCGG-SNS is of good reliability and validity,and it can be used as a tool for the assessment of the social network of the elderly in China.
