目的 探讨临床护士自我能力否定倾向与职业倦怠的相关性。 方法 2022年9月,采用便利抽样法选择辽西地区17所医院的2105名临床护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、中文版Clance自我能力否定倾向量表(Clance impostor phenomenon scale,CIPS)和Maslach职业倦怠量表(Maslach burnout inventory,MBI)对其进行调查。 结果 临床护士CIPS量表总得分为(43.40±16.23)分,其中自我怀疑维度(20.19±7.56)分,外界归因维度(13.26±5.71)分,被动伪装维度(9.95±4.26)分;MBI量表情感衰竭、去人格化、低个人成就感维度得分中位数分别为11、2、35分。CIPS与情感衰竭、去人格化呈正相关,与低个人成就感呈负相关(均P<0.01);多元线性回归分析显示,外界归因与被动伪装对职业倦怠的3个维度均有影响(均P<0.01)。 结论 临床护士自我能力否定倾向与职业倦怠具有相关性,降低其水平可能会缓解职业倦怠。

[Abstract]
Objective To explore the correlation between impostor phenomenon(IP) and job burnout in clinical nurses. Methods In September 2022, 2105 clinical nurses from 17 hospitals in the western region of Liaoning province were selected by the convenience sampling method and a survey was conducted by using the General Information Questionnaire,Clance Impostor Phenomenon Scale(CIPS) and Maslach Job Burnout Inventory(MBI). Results The total score of the CIPS was (43.40 ±16.23).Self-doubt dimension score was (20.19±7.56).External attribution dimension score was (13.26±5.71).Passive disguise dimension score was (9.95±4.26).The median scores of occupational burnout,emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,and low personal achievement dimensions were 11,2 and 35 respectively.The CIPS was positively correlated with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization,while negatively correlated with low personal achievement (all P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that external attribution and passive disguise had an impact on the 3 dimensions of job burnout (all P<0.01). Conclusions There is a correlation between clinical nurses IP and job burnout,and reducing the IP level may alleviate job burnout.
