目的 基于脑卒中患者与照顾者二元视角，系统评价脑卒中患者自我护理的影响因素。方法 采用混合研究系统评价设计，计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、CINAHL、Cochrane library、中国知网和万方等数据库，筛选关于脑卒中患者和/或照顾者与自我护理相关研究，对纳入文献采用基于数据的收敛整合方法进行分析。结果 共纳入24篇文献，最终整合结果显示：脑卒中患者自我护理影响因素包括患者相关因素、照顾者相关因素、二元相关因素、人际间相关因素、医疗卫生系统相关因素、环境相关因素等。结论 脑卒中自我护理是一个涉及患者与照顾者二元的复杂过程，受多层面因素共同影响。未来有必要开展更加深入的研究,分析不同因素对脑卒中患者自我护理的影响机制，以期为构建更具针对性的脑卒中患者与照顾者二元自我护理干预方案提供借鉴。

Objective To systematically evaluate the factors influencing self-care among stroke survivors from the dyadic perspective of patient and caregiver.Methods A mixed-methods systematic review was adopted.The literatures were searched from PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,CINAHL,Cochrane library,CNKI and Wanfang Data.The studies on self-care among stroke survivors and/or caregivers were retrieved.Results A total of 24 articles were included.The synthesized results revealed that factors influencing self-care among stroke survivors encompassed: patient-related factors,caregiver-related factors,dyadic perspective-related factors,interpersonal factors,healthcare system factors,and environmental factors.Conclusions Self-care among stroke survivors is a complex process involving the dyadic relationship between patients and caregivers,which can be influenced by multiple factors at different levels.Further research is needed to analyze the mechanisms of different factors impacting self-care among stroke survivors,which can provide reference to the development of targeted self-care interventions for stroke survivors and caregivers.
