目的 分析护理领域中虚拟仿真技术的研究现状及热点，为相关研究的发展提供参考。方法 基于文献分析软件CiteSpace，对Web of Science数据库收录的1345篇与护理虚拟仿真相关的文献，从年发文量、作者、国家、期刊、文献共被引、关键词聚类等方面进行可视化分析。结果 护理虚拟仿真研究的文献主要集中在美国、加拿大、澳大利亚和英国，且发文量逐年增加;研究的热点类型为干预性研究，热点应用研究集中在护理教学培训、临床治疗护理、主要技术模式等方面。结论 虚拟仿真技术在护理领域越来越引起广泛关注，研究热点正逐渐从临床护理转向护理教育领域。

Objective To analyze the current development and hotspots of the researches on nursing virtual simulation technology,so as to provide reference for the related research.Methods With the literature analysis software CiteSpace,a total of 1345 articles related to virtual simulation technology were retrieved from Web of Science and were visually analyzed from the perspectives of annual publication volume,author,country,journal,co-citation,and key words.Results The main origins of the articles on nursing virtual simulation research were the United States,Canada,Australia,and the United Kingdom,and their publication volumes were increasing with years.The hotspot of research type was intervention research.The hotspots of application researches were nursing teaching and training,clinical treatment and nursing,and major technology models.Conclusions Virtual simulation technology has attracted considerable attention in the field of nursing,and the research focus is gradually shifting from clinical nursing to nursing education.
