目的 分析疼痛灾难化研究领域的相关文献，了解该领域的研究热点及前沿，为我国疼痛灾难化研究提供参考。 方法 检索中国知网和Web of Science核心合集数据库，采用CiteSpace软件对纳入文献进行文献计量学分析。 结果 最终纳入英文文献3585篇、中文文献71篇。年发文量总体呈现加速增长趋势，美国发文量最高。研究热点集中于影响因素、应对方式和认知疗法等方面。 结论 当前疼痛灾难化研究仍是热门领域，国际上研究进展差距较大，应加强合作交流，对疼痛灾难化干预方案进行深入探讨，帮助解决临床实际问题。

Objective To analyze relevant literature on pain catastrophizing,and understand the research hotspots and frontiers in this field,so as to provide references for the research on pain catastrophizing in China. Methods The databases of CNKI and Web of Science core collection were searched.The bibliometric analysis of involved literature was performed using the CiteSpace software. Results A total of 3585 English articles and 71 Chinese articles were finally included.The annual number of published articles generally showed an accelerating growth trend,with the highest number of articles published in the United States.The research hotspots focused on influencing factors,coping style,cognitive therapy,etc. Conclusions Currently,pain catastrophizing is still a popular research area,and there are big gaps in research progress internationally.It is necessary to strengthen cooperation and exchanges,and conduct in-depth exploration in the pain catastrophizing intervention program,so as to help to solve clinical problems.
