目的 汇总成人医用粘胶剂相关性皮肤损伤预防与管理的最佳证据。 方法 系统化检索该主题相关文献，对纳入文献进行评价，提取、汇总证据。 结果 纳入3篇指南、1篇证据总结、2篇系统评价、4篇专家共识。汇总危险因素，风险评估，医用粘胶剂的储存、选择、使用和移除，皮肤护理，皮肤屏障产品与医用除胶剂，人员教育，处理等7个方面，共30条证据。 结论 医用粘胶剂相关性皮肤损伤的预防措施应涵盖患者住院期；建议医疗人员注重患者皮肤评估，针对性地选择医用粘胶剂，合理使用皮肤屏障和医用除胶产品，以减少皮肤损伤的发生。

Objective To summarize the best evidence for the prevention and management of medical adhesive-related skin injuries(MARSI) in adults. Methods Relevant literature on the subject was systematically searched and the included literature was evaluated, and the evidence was extracted and summarized. Results 3 guidelines,1 evidence summary,2 systematic reviews,and 4 expert consensus were included.A total of 30 pieces of evidence were extracted from 7 aspects,including risk factors,risk assessment,storage,selection,use and removal of adhesives,skin care,skin barrier products and medical adhesive removers,personnel education and treatment. Conclusions The prevention measures of MARSI should be taken throughout the hospitalization period.It is suggested that medical personnel should pay attention to patients’ skin assessment,select adhesives pertinently,use skin barrier products and medical adhesive removers rationally,so as to reduce the occurrence of MARSI.
