目的 了解护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力领域的研究热点、研究现状和发展趋势,为完善护理硕士专业学位研究生的培养体系提供思路与方向。 方法 检索知网和Web of Science核心合集数据库自建库至2021年11月收录的有关护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力的相关文献，对收集到的文献进行分析。 结果 相关研究的发文量总体呈波动上升趋势。研究前沿包括临床实践、培养模式、专科化和课程设置等。研究热点集中在评价指标及考核方式、临床核心能力培养、课程设置及培养体系构建和专科化教育。 结论 护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力研究仍处于探索阶段，核心能力内容尚未形成统一标准。未来可以现代信息技术为依托，从跨专业、跨地区、跨院校共享课程、学分互认和考核评价等角度展开护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力研究，以丰富该领域主题的内容。

Objective To understand the research hotspots,research status and trends in the core competence field of postgraduate master students in nursing specialists,and to provide some ideas and directions for improving the training system of postgraduate master students in nursing specialists. Methods The relevant literature on the core competence of postgraduate master students in nursing specialist from the database of CNKI and Web of Science were searched and analyzed from the inception up to November 2021. Results The number of articles published in related studies has fluctuated and increased overall.Research frontiers included clinical practice,training models,specialization and curriculum.The research hotspots were concentrated on core competency evaluation indicators,assessment methods,clinical core competence training,curriculum design,training system construction,and specialized education contents. Conclusions The research on the core competence of postgraduate master students in nursing specialists is still in the exploratory stage，and the core competence content has not yet formed a unified standard.In the future,scholars can take modern information technology as the basis to develop research on core competencies of postgraduate master students in nursing specialists from the perspectives of cross-disciplinary,cross-regional and cross-institutional shared curriculum,mutual recognition of credits and assessment and evaluation,therefore enriching the content of the topics in this field.
