目的 了解肝细胞癌（hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC）根治性切除术后患者重返工作适应性现状，分析其影响因素。 方法 采用便利抽样法，选取2021年10-12月在上海市某三级甲等医院肝脏外科行根治性切除手术的182例HCC患者，在其术后6个月随访时，采用一般资料调查表、癌症患者重返工作适应性量表对其进行调查。 结果 HCC术后患者重返工作适应性得分为(95.10±8.68)分。患者的文化程度、术后预防复发治疗、婚姻状况、宗教信仰、子女人数、工作性质、每周工作时间是HCC术后患者重返工作适应性的影响因素（均P＜0.05）。多元线性回归分析结果显示，术后预防复发治疗、婚姻状况、宗教信仰均是HCC术后患者重返工作适应性的影响因素（均P＜0.05），可解释总变异的19.3%。 结论 临床医护人员需关注HCC术后患者重返工作适应性及其影响因素，制订有效的个体化干预措施，帮助其提高重返工作的适应性。

Objective To investigate the adaptability of return to work after radical resection of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and analyze its influencing factors. Methods By convenience sampling method,a total of 182 HCC patients who underwent macroscopic curative resections at the Department of Hepatic Surgery,a tertiary hospital in Shanghai from October to December 2021 were enrolled in this study.During the 6 months follow-up after operation,the general information questionnaire and the cancer patients’ adaptability scale for returning to work were used to investigate them. Results Adaptability score of return to work for patients with HCC was 95.10±8.68.The degree of education,treatment for prevention of recurrence after the operation,marital status,religious belief,number of children,nature of work and weekly working hours were the influencing factors of the adaptability of return to work for HCC patients (all P＜0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that treatment for prevention of recurrence after the operation,marital status and religious belief were still the factors affecting the adaptability of return to work for HCC patients (all P＜0.05), which explained 19.3% of the total variation. Conclusions Clinical medical staff should pay attention to the adaptability of return to work and its influencing factors for HCC patients,and formulate effective individualized intervention measures to help them improve their adaptability of return to work.
